In industrial fluid heating systems, flange-type electric heating tubes are widely used because they are easy to install and maintain. However, operation and maintenance data show that sealing failure and surface thermal efficiency degradation are two types of high-frequency problems. Sealing failure mostly originates from improper selection of flange gaskets or uneven tightening torque, leading to medium leakage; thermal efficiency degradation is related to oxidation of the heating wire, aging of the insulation layer, or surface scaling. To address these problems, the FJ-50 flange-type electric heating tube has been designed with targeted structural improvements.
The FJ-50 flange-type electric heating tube adopts a standard flange interface, and the sealing surface is precision-machined. Combined with temperature-resistant and corrosion-resistant gaskets, it can effectively reduce the risk of leakage under rated operating conditions. The flange bolt holes are distributed according to specifications, facilitating uniform tightening and reducing sealing failure caused by stress concentration. Users need to select the appropriate gasket material according to the characteristics of the medium and install it according to the recommended torque.
The interior of the electric heating tube uses high-resistance electric heating alloy wire, filled with modified magnesium oxide powder, and through a compression process improves thermal conductivity and insulation. The tube body material can be selected from stainless steel, carbon steel, or titanium according to the heating medium, and the surface can be treated for scale prevention. The rated voltage is 220V or 380V, and the power range is 2-30kW. Specific parameters are determined according to the heating medium and temperature rise requirements. The insulation resistance is not less than 50MΩ under normal conditions, ensuring electrical safety.
The FJ-50 is suitable for heating water, oil, weakly corrosive liquids, and air. During installation, it is necessary to ensure that the effective heating area of the heating tube is fully immersed in the medium or in flowing air to avoid dry burning. The junction box should be kept away from humid and corrosive environments and reliably grounded. Regularly checking the insulation resistance and surface condition and promptly removing scale can maintain stable heating efficiency.
