SRY6-3 Sheathed Electric Heater Structure
Manufactured by imitating German products, the electric heater consists of a heating core and a protective sleeve. The heating core uses tubular electric heating elements as the heat source, and the protective tube is made of thin opaque steel tube. The wiring device is protected by a bolted housing seal, waterproof and moisture-proof.

1. This model of electric heater is manufactured by imitating German products. The electric heater consists of a heating core and a protective sleeve. The heating core uses tubular electric heating elements as the heat source, and the protective sleeve is made of thin stainless steel tube. The wiring device is protected by a bolted housing seal, waterproof, moisture-proof, and oil-proof.
 


2. The protective sleeve is connected to the oil tank body with a straight pipe thread, providing strong sealing. The protective sleeve isolates the core from the heated oil. When replacing the electric heater, there is no need to drain the oil from the tank; only the heating core needs to be extracted, making maintenance convenient.
3. The surface power of this model of electric heater is designed according to the JBT2379-93 standard, and the surface power should be selected at ≤0.7W/cm².
1. The working voltage must not exceed 1.1 times its rated value, and the housing should be effectively grounded.
2. Dimension "B" in the diagram must be fully immersed in oil (and checked regularly) to avoid burning. The heated oil should be free of corrosive gases.
3. The mounting hole size for this electric heater is φ65mm.
4. The tubular electric heating element is designed according to the JB2379-78 flowing oil standard, with a surface load of 2-3.8 W/cm².
5. When selecting, the heater size should be determined based on the actual dimensions of the heating medium.
