Special Pipeline Explosion-Proof Electric Heater Detailed Information
Product Introduction:
Used for heating hydraulic oil and lubricating oil in hydraulic and lubrication systems, also suitable for heating non-corrosive gases and liquids.
The electric heater consists of a heating core and a sheath. The heating core uses a metal tubular electric heating element as the heat source, and the sheath is made of cold-drawn seamless steel pipe or stainless steel pipe.
Flange connection is adopted. The sheath isolates the heating core from the heated oil. When replacing the electric heater, there is no need to drain the oil from the tank; simply pull out the heater core and replace it with a new one, making maintenance convenient.
Electric heater has a large contact area with the heated oil, low surface thermal power, no carbon deposition, and the oil will not carbonize due to local high temperature. Long service life, safe and reliable.
