●Installation and Use Instructions:
1. According to the size of the equipment or workpiece, single or multiple components can be evenly arranged. For fixing during installation, stainless steel wire can be used for tying or stainless steel strip can be bent into a fastening ring shape, and then tightened with screws in series.
2. Considering temperature requirements and energy saving, an insulation layer material of 6-8 cm and a temperature controller should be covered outside the heater.
3. During use, the heaters should not overlap to avoid forming an overheated area that affects the service life. Be careful not to break the ceramic parts to avoid exposure of the heating material and affect safety.
4. The heated workpiece must be reliably grounded. The working voltage must not exceed 1.05 times the rated voltage.
