Air-cooled cast aluminum electric heating ring Cast aluminum ring uses tubular electric heating elements as the heating body. The elements are bent into shape, then cast into various products with aluminum in a mold. It can closely fit the heated body, with uniform heating, good thermal conductivity, and long service life. This product is currently one of the ideal heaters both domestically and internationally. The surface load can reach 3-5.0 W/cm². The heating temperature does not exceed 400°C. An insulation layer can be added outside the heater according to user requirements, increasing thermal efficiency and saving about 20% electricity. Mainly used for heating plastic machinery, ovens, water boilers, pipelines, and non-corrosive liquids.
Ordering instructions:
1) Users should provide product drawings or samples. If no drawings or samples are available, the product specifications, model, voltage, power, etc., must be provided.
