200℃ oil temperature machine uses electricity as heat source, heat transfer oil as heat carrier, and uses circulating oil pump to force circulation, transferring heat energy to the heat-using equipment, then returning to reheat the equipment continuously, so as to realize continuous heat transfer, raise the temperature of the heated object, and meet the process requirements of heating and constant temperature. When the temperature is high, stop heating, open the cooling solenoid valve to use external cooling water through the heat exchanger to cool the heat transfer oil and then cool the equipment. When the temperature is low, start the heating tube to heat.
Adopt imported electrical components such as WEST, Siemens, CARLO, LS, ABB, etc., with low failure rate, good stability and long service life.
