HRY5 Sheath-type Electric Heater Instructions
1. The working voltage shall not exceed 1.1 times its rated value, and the shell should be effectively grounded.
2. The dimension “B" in the figure must be fully immersed in oil (and checked regularly) to avoid burning. The heated oil should be free of corrosive gases.
3. The mounting hole size of the tubular electric heater is φ65mm.
4. This model of tubular electric heater is designed according to JB2379-78 flowing oil standard, with heater surface load of 2-3.8 w/cm2.
5. When selecting, the heater size should be determined according to the actual size of the heating medium.
Note: The tubular electric heater can be directly mixed with SRY2 and SRY4 types.
