Tubular Electric Heater Suitable for Corrosive Liquids
Dary Electric recommends
Dry air generator is specially designed to provide high-purity dry air with a dew point as low as -60℃~-70℃ for large power equipment such as transformers and reactors during installation and maintenance. It can replace traditional drying methods such as hot oil circulation, nitrogen supplementation, and vacuum drying, and is more efficient, economical, safe, and environmentally friendly.
During power equipment installation and maintenance, it is not affected by changes in external climatic conditions, especially for overnight work. Simply seal the flanges and fill with dry air to 0.02-0.03Mpa, without the need for oil injection, nitrogen supplementation, or vacuum pumping. Power equipment such as transformers and reactors will not be affected by moisture, greatly reducing workload, shortening construction periods, and improving installation and maintenance quality.

Dry Air Generator Under the action of the air compressor, the volume of air is compressed to 1/8 of its original volume. At this time, the water vapor in the air reaches saturation, and most of the saturated water vapor condenses into liquid water in the air storage tank and settles at the bottom; some small water droplets and particles that flow with the compressed air are intercepted when passing through the primary filter; the compressed air then enters the chiller, where the temperature drops to 4℃, and water vapor again reaches saturation and condenses into liquid water, settling in the chiller; after passing through precision filters with filtration accuracy of 0.1µm and 0.01µm, the atmospheric dew point of the compressed air is about -22℃; after entering the adsorption tower, water molecules in the air are adsorbed by strong composite molecular adsorbents, and other air components are discharged from the dry air generator. The dew point of the air after adsorption is lower than -70℃, which is equivalent to a water content of 0.005 grams per cubic meter of air (the saturated water content of air at 20℃ is 17.3 grams).
