Confirmation of Heating Tube Resistance - Yangzhou Darui

Electric heater consists of a junction box, electric heating tube and thermostat, where the junction box includes two parts: the junction box and the electric heating tube connection plate. The whole composed of junction box and electric heating tube, its structural design parameters comply with the relevant provisions of electrical equipment.
Instructions:
1) An automatic temperature control device must be installed at the outlet of the flowing gas pipeline to form protection with the automatic temperature control device equipped inside the electric heater.
2) The working voltage shall not exceed 1.0 times its rated voltage, and the inner and outer shells should be effectively grounded.
3) Before starting operation, the gas source must be turned on first, and do not dry burn without gas.
4) Regularly check the surface of the electric heating tube. If there is carbon deposit, it must be removed before use. At the same time, check the cylinder body, corrosion degree, and whether the container and electric heating tube need to be replaced once a year.
5) Carefully check whether the electric heater and its supporting electrical and instrument control systems and lines are intact, tighten all bolts, and confirm whether they can be put into use.
6) Before each start, measure the insulation resistance of the electric heating tube. If it is lower than 2MΩ, remove the electric heating tube and dry it in an oven not higher than 300℃ before use.
