A fluid explosion-proof electric heater is a device that converts electrical energy into thermal energy to heat the required material. During operation, the low-temperature fluid medium enters the inlet through the pipeline under pressure, flows along the specific heat exchange channels inside the electric heating container, following the path designed based on fluid thermodynamics principles, and carries away the high-temperature thermal energy generated by the electric heating elements during operation, thereby raising the temperature of the heated medium. The outlet of the electric heater provides the high-temperature medium required by the process. The internal control system of the electric heater automatically adjusts the output power of the electric heater based on the temperature sensor signal at the outlet, ensuring uniform medium temperature at the outlet. When the heating element overheats, the independent overheat protection device of the heating element immediately cuts off the heating power supply, preventing the heated material from overheating, which could cause deterioration, coking, or carbonization, and in severe cases, damage the heating element, effectively extending the service life of the electric heater.

Instructions:
1. The working voltage must not exceed 1.1 times its rated value, and the casing should be effectively grounded.
2. Dimension "B" in the figure must be fully immersed in oil (and checked regularly) to avoid burning. The heated oil should be free of corrosive gases.
3. The mounting hole size for this electric heater is φ65mm.
4. This model heater is designed according to the JB2379-78 standard for flowing oil, with a surface load of 2-3.8 W/cm².
5. When selecting, determine the heater size based on the actual dimensions of the heating medium.
Note: This heater can be directly mixed with SRY2 and SRY4 models.
