The flange heater structure is to weld multiple U-shaped heating tubes on a flat flange for centralized heating, also known as high-power beta-ray type heater. The flange-type electric heating tube heats various flowing or stationary liquids and gases by forced convection or natural convection. It is mainly used for heating in open, closed solutions and other containers and circulation.
Characteristics of Flange-type Electric Heater Flange-type Heater:
1. Long service life, with multiple maintenance system software (plug cover, cable waterproof connector, etc.), reliable;
2. Small size, large heating output power, 2 to 4 times the surface load of gas heating;
3. Can heat various media in various places, such as water and oil, water vapor, metal material solution, such as explosion-proof places;
4. Strong predictability: The heating system software can be equipped with a control box for full mechanical automation;
5. Optional materials: carbon steel, stainless steel plate, copper, titanium tube;
6. Surface treatment: anti-scale coating.
Application and maintenance of flange-type electric heater:
1. Pay attention to distinguishing delta connection and star connection, the applied working voltage must not exceed the rated voltage;
2. The electric heating tube must be properly grounded;
3. Use the correct type of terminal (appropriate diameter and suitable power cord specification), use a suitable clamping tool to clamp the terminal on the cable;
4. After the heating tube works for a certain period of time, it is recommended to take it out and wipe it reflectively with a soft cloth before reuse, and it is forbidden to use chemical cleaning solution for cleaning.
