In the outline drawing, "B" must be fully immersed in oil (and checked regularly) to avoid burning; the heated oil should be non-corrosive. When melting solid oils such as asphalt and paraffin, reduce the voltage before use, and then increase to rated voltage after melting to prevent heat concentration and reduce component life. The outlet end must be kept dry and clean to avoid surface flashover or short circuit. Components should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance drops below 1MΩ due to long-term storage, it can be restored by drying in an oven at about 200°C for several hours (or by applying low voltage to the component for several hours).
SRY2-3 tubular electric heater is improved based on SRY2 ordinary tubular electric heater, with improved wiring device and heating structure. It uses three heating tubes as a group, effectively reducing the surface load of the heater, and can directly replace SRY2-SRY4 heaters. This electric heater is formed by welding bent tubular elements onto a flange. Because the heater is directly placed in oil for heating, it has high thermal efficiency and long service life.

3. The mounting hole size for this electric heater is φ65mm.
4. The tubular electric heating element is designed according to JB2379-78 flowing oil standard, with a heater surface load of 2-3.8 W/cm².
5. When selecting, the heater size should be determined based on the actual dimensions of the heating medium.
