A flange heating tube is formed by welding or screwing multiple electric heating tubes onto a flange, creating a high-power, integrally detachable heater. A temperature control probe can be welded onto the flange to create a temperature-controllable integral heater, preventing dry burning and effectively extending service life. There are two connection methods for flange heating tubes: one is threaded connection, with common sizes G1/2 to 2 inches; the other is flange connection, commonly known as flat plate flange connection, with common sizes DN50mm to DN300mm. Common flange materials for flange electric heating tubes include brass, stainless steel, and 10# steel; common tube materials include 10# steel, stainless steel, and copper. Common specifications: 1.5KW, 3KW, 6KW, 9KW, 12KW, 15KW, 30KW, etc. They are widely used in electric water boilers, electric boilers, solar systems, solar water tanks, chemical tanks, bathing pools, swimming pools, and other places requiring heating.
