Gear Ring Heater
Applied to the assembly of gear rings and flywheels in diesel engines, gasoline engines, and other power machinery, it uses the eddy current principle of power frequency induction to rapidly heat the gear ring for assembly. After heating, the gear ring expands uniformly and is shrink-fitted onto the flywheel. Utilizing advanced technology from home and abroad, the produced hot assembly gear ring induction heater has successfully replaced the outdated methods of hammering, hydraulic pressing, flame heating, electric furnaces, electric ovens, and oil bath heating for gear ring assembly. These traditional heating methods consume high power, require high labor intensity, have long heating times, cause uneven heating of the gear ring, produce heavy oil smoke pollution, have high equipment usage costs, are time-consuming and labor-intensive, and easily cause gear ring damage and operational hazards, increasing production costs for enterprises. 4) Installation and Operation Procedures:
1. Install the heater in a suitable position on the assembly line. The main unit should be horizontal left and right, and the front-to-back vertical direction may tilt backward no more than 3 degrees.
2. After installation, before use, check the wiring according to the electrical schematic diagram to ensure it is correct.
3. If correct, close the switch and connect the power supply. At this time, the red light on the equipment should be on.
4. Place the gear ring to be heated in the set position between the worktable and the inner side of the main unit. Gently press down the movable yoke to make contact with the end face of the lower yoke. At this point, the debugging is complete, and the equipment is ready for use.
5. Press the start button, the main unit is energized, the time relay starts counting in seconds, and the gear ring is heated.
6. Before pressing the stop button, note the time count, then remove the workpiece and measure whether the temperature rise at the inner diameter end plane meets the requirements for assembly.
7. For continuous heating of workpieces of the same specification, set the function selection switch to automatic position, set the heating time, and when the workpiece is heated to the set time, the power will be automatically cut off.
8. After work is completed, turn the power switch to the stop position and cut off the power supply.
9. Note: The housing must be well grounded!
