Using U-shaped tubular electric heating elements, according to the design specifications for different heating media, assembled on the flange cover according to power configuration requirements, inserted into the material to be heated. The large amount of heat generated by the heating element during operation is conducted to the heated medium, raising the medium temperature to meet the required process requirements. The performance parameters of the automatic control box are carefully adjusted by the manufacturer before shipment; users should not modify them arbitrarily. Ensure the thermal control components are in good condition, check regularly, and replace promptly if the micro switch malfunctions or is damaged.
