Single-End Heating Rod Advantages - Yangzhou Darui
Darui Electric recommends for you
1.SUTE0176 Mold Heating Tube design requirements: Steel heating is almost a necessary heating method for all plastic molding mold designs. It can be designed in various forms such as single-ended wiring and double-ended wiring. Materials can include seamed tubes, seamless tubes, stainless steel tubes, etc. It is characterized by low heat loss, high thermal efficiency, and simple wiring. It can be designed for 220V or 380V as needed, with flexible wiring methods. However, due to limitations in materials and processing techniques, attention must be paid to its characteristics in mold design.
(1) Generally, mold heating tubes have long cold ends at both ends, which do not contribute to heating. Therefore, it is recommended to use our company's imitation imported mold-specific single-head heating tube. Its characteristic is that it has only one cold end, and the cold end is relatively small, generally around 1CM.
(2) Generally, the power design of the mold heating section should not exceed 10 watts/cm. For example, for a 30 cm long heating tube, the power should not exceed 300 watts as much as possible. If the design power exceeds this limit, the heating tube surface load is high, and the steel tube is prone to oxidation and corrosion, causing short circuits. Our company's imitation imported mold-specific single-head heating element can achieve a power design of up to 20 watts/cm (requiring good thermal conductivity, with clearance fit generally within 0.05MM; the dimensional accuracy of our company's SLM type heating element is +-0.05MM).
