Purpose: This electric heater is used for heating media in hydraulic lubrication, and for heating non-corrosive gases and liquids. II. Features The finned tube sheathed electric heater consists of a "metal tubular heating element" and a finned protective sheath, etc. The finned protective sheath is made of seamless steel pipe, metal fins, and heat-resistant asbestos rubber sealing gasket (≤300°C). The electric heater is connected and fixed to the oil tank body by flange; sealed by gasket; the finned protective sheath isolates the metal tubular heating element from the heated medium. When replacing the metal tubular heating element, it is not necessary to drain the oil from the tank; only the metal tubular heating element needs to be pulled out for replacement.
