Product Application:
Used for heating hydraulic and lubricating oil in hydraulic lubrication devices, and also for heating non-corrosive gases or liquids.
Product Features:
1. Adopts the form of multiple U-shaped electric heating elements with multiple special-shaped sheaths, featuring large heat dissipation area, fast heat transfer, long service life, and convenient replacement and maintenance.
2. Due to the use of multiple U-shaped electric heating elements with multiple special-shaped sheaths, if a certain electric heating element is damaged, only the damaged element needs to be replaced without replacing the entire heating source, greatly reducing the user's subsequent investment.
3. The surface load design can be determined according to customer requirements. The standard surface load design is 0.7 W/cm².
4. The sheathed tubular electric heater can be optionally equipped with a liquid expansion thermostat, manual reset, AC contactor and other electrical equipment. If the heater needs temperature adjustment function, only a temperature control device needs to be installed. When ordering, add the letter "T" after the model number; if automatic constant temperature function is required, the heater must be equipped with a thermostat and contactor. When ordering, add the letters "TH" after the model number.
5. Working voltage tolerance: not greater than 1.1 times its rated value. The shell should be effectively grounded.
6. Working environment: relative humidity not greater than 95%, no explosive, flammable or corrosive gases.
7. Heater material: carbon steel or stainless steel.
8. Maximum working temperature: 200°C.
9. Working pressure: less than 0.6MPa.
10. Specifications and dimensions: see the table and attached drawings on the next page.
Usage, Maintenance and Precautions:
1. Dimension "B" in the outline drawing must be fully immersed in the oil to avoid burning the components.
2. The heated medium should be non-corrosive.
3. When melting solid oils such as asphalt and paraffin, reduce the voltage before use, and then increase to the rated voltage after melting to prevent excessive heat concentration and reduce the service life of the components.
4. If carbon deposits are found on the surface of the heating tube, they must be completely removed before use to avoid reducing efficiency or even burning the components.
5. The components should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance drops below 1 megohm after long-term storage, the heating core can be removed and dried in an oven at about 200°C for several hours (or the components can be powered at low voltage for several hours) to restore the insulation resistance.
