Instructions for HRY2 Sheath Type Tubular Electric Heater:
1. The working voltage must not exceed 1.1 times its rated value, and the shell should be effectively grounded.
2. The dimension "B" in the figure must be fully immersed in oil (and checked regularly) to avoid burning. The heated oil should be free of corrosive gases.
3. The mounting hole size for the tubular electric heater is φ65mm.
4. This model of tubular electric heater is designed according to the JB2379-78 standard for flowing oil, with a surface load of 2-3.8 w/cm2.
5. When selecting, the heater size should be determined based on the actual dimensions of the heating medium.
Note: The tubular electric heater can be directly mixed with SRY2 and SRY4 types.
Applications of HRY2 Sheath Type Tubular Electric Heater:
HRY sheath type electric heater is used for heating hydraulic oil and lubricating oil in hydraulic and lubrication devices, and can also be used to heat non-corrosive gases or liquids.
