I. Purpose and Features
To meet the needs of loading and unloading bolts in high, medium, and low-pressure cylinders of steam turbines and improve work efficiency, our company has developed two major series with over 10 varieties of bolt heating devices. The WQJ steam turbine bolt low-voltage heating device has been used by many power plants. This device is safe, reliable, easy to operate, has a long service life, and delivers good results, making it highly favored by users.
The ZJK-1 DC adjustable bolt heating control cabinet, used in conjunction with the DC bolt heater, features stable and adjustable output DC voltage (0~220V adjustable), multiple output channels (up to 12 loads), high output power, and safety and reliability.
II. Usage Precautions
1. The control cabinet shell must be reliably grounded.
2. The phase and neutral wires between the bolt heater plug and the cabinet socket must be connected correctly; cross-connection is strictly prohibited.
3. When installing or removing the bolt heater, the power switch must be turned off. For the ZJK series control cabinet, the voltage adjustment and indication should be at the minimum position; for the WQJ low-voltage control cabinet, voltage shifting under load is strictly prohibited.
4. When connecting loads, pay attention to the balance between the three phases.
5. If connectors are damaged, they must be replaced with identical ones.
6. The dedicated bolt heater must be manufactured according to the specific geometric dimensions of the bolt. When ordering, please provide: a. bolt outer diameter; b. bolt outer diameter; c. total bolt length; d. nut length; e. the matching heating control cabinet situation.

Note 1: The electric heater parameters listed in this table apply to bolts with a center hole diameter d=22.6±0.2mm. For electric heaters that do not conform to the center hole diameter and specifications listed in this table, the user and manufacturer shall negotiate.
2. The surface power density of the electric heaters listed in this table is 8-11 W/cm².
