SUTE1036 Double-End Electric Heating TubeDarui Electric recommends for you
It is an electric heating tube with double-end leads, using a metal tube as the protective shell (including stainless steel, copper tube, various imported steel materials). Along the central axis of the tube, high-quality electric heating alloy wires (nickel-chromium, iron-chromium alloy heating wires) are evenly distributed in a spiral pattern, and the gaps are tightly filled with crystalline magnesium oxide powder that has good heat resistance, thermal conductivity, and insulation. Both ends of the tube are sealed with silicone gel, and then processed through other processes. This heater has the characteristics of simple structure, high mechanical strength, high thermal efficiency, safety and reliability, easy installation, and long service life. With its strong advantages, it is widely used for air heating, metal molds, and various liquid heating.
SUTE1036 Double-End Electric Heating Tube Precautions:
Classified by usage environment:
Air use:
1. Closed air heating 2. Circulating air heating 3. Special gas heating Liquid use: 1. Water heating 2. Oil heating 3. Acid and alkali liquid heating (the heating zone of the electric heating tube should be immersed and not exposed for dry burning) The watt density and materials used vary, and they should not be mixed. A good usage environment should not produce phenomena such as scaling, thinning, dust, oil scale, or water scale.
Acid, alkali, and gas use:
General neutral environment: copper tube, SUS304#316 tube; weak acid and weak alkali environment: Incoloy nickel alloy tube; medium acid and alkali environment: Ti titanium alloy tube; strong acid and strong alkali environment: quartz, Teflon tube, Incoloy nickel alloy tube; 900℃ environment: SUS316# tube; 700℃ environment: SUS304# tube; 650℃ environment: Ti titanium alloy tube; 300℃ environment: Cu copper tube; below 110℃ environment: Teflon tube. Due to the variety of heated gases and liquids and the diversity of applications, please consult professionals familiar with chemical properties before use.
Sealing materials:
(1) High-temperature electric heating tubes use silicone oil sealing, which can withstand 700℃, but cannot completely prevent liquid and moisture penetration. (2) Medium and low-temperature electric heating tubes use Silicone sealing, which can prevent liquid from entering the tube from the terminal, but can only withstand working temperature 220℃ and instantaneous temperature 250℃. (3) Low-temperature electric heating tubes use Epoxy sealing, which can prevent moisture and liquid penetration, but can only withstand working temperature 150℃ and instantaneous temperature 185℃.
Due to process factors:
Double-end electric heating tubes have a 5cm non-heating zone at each end due to process factors. If a longer non-heating zone is needed, please inform before ordering. If the watt density is high, additional finned heat sinks can be added to improve heat dissipation.
Wiring methods:
The wiring methods for double-end electric heating tubes include Y-Δ wiring for three-phase voltage, and series and parallel wiring for single-phase voltage. When wiring, be sure to select appropriate heat-resistant wires according to the wiring area temperature, and tighten the terminals to avoid short circuits causing machine leakage and burning of the electric heating tube.
