The YBJ-115 laser-welded plate heat exchanger is designed in accordance with GB/T 151 and NB/T 47004 standards. The nominal heat transfer area per plate is 0.115 m², and the plate material can be 304/316L stainless steel or titanium. The design pressure is 1.6 MPa (adjustable according to operating conditions), and the design temperature ranges from -20°C to 200°C. The plates are laser-welded to form sealed flow channels with a gasket-free structure, suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure, and corrosive media. The nominal connection diameter is DN50 to DN100, with flange or threaded connections available.
During selection, the medium name, concentration, inlet and outlet temperatures, and flow rate must be provided to verify the compatibility of the plate material and welding process. The required heat transfer area is calculated based on the medium type and flow rate, then the design pressure and temperature are checked against the equipment limits. Finally, the cleaning cycle and downtime costs are evaluated to determine whether standby equipment should be added. For fouling-prone conditions, it is recommended to reserve a 10%–15% heat transfer area margin.
This model is suitable for hydraulic oil cooling, domestic hot water preparation, and process fluid heat recovery. In hydraulic systems, it can effectively control the oil temperature at 45–55°C; in hot water preparation, it uses steam or high-temperature water to heat domestic water; in heat recovery, it is used to recover process waste heat and reduce energy consumption.
The equipment should be installed vertically on a stable foundation with space reserved for maintenance. A hydrostatic test must be performed before operation, holding pressure for 30 minutes without leakage. The cleaning cycle is determined by the degree of medium contamination; generally, chemical cleaning or high-pressure water flushing is performed every 3–6 months, and care should be taken to avoid damaging the plate surface during cleaning.
