Procurement personnel often encounter a common issue during selection: the site is an explosive gas atmosphere, ordinary electric heaters cannot pass explosion-proof acceptance, and custom lead times are difficult to match maintenance schedules. The FBR-45 stainless steel explosion-proof heater is designed for this application. The heating tube is made of stainless steel, and the wiring cavity and heating cavity are arranged separately with a sealing structure, making it suitable for medium heating and space insulation in Zone 1 and Zone 2 explosive gas atmospheres.
The rated voltage of this model is 220V or 380V, with power configurable within the range of 2 to 30kW as required. The protection rating is IP65, and the insulation withstand voltage maintains no flashover and breakdown for 1 minute under standard test conditions. The surface load of the heating element is calculated to avoid local overheating; the housing material can be 304 or 316L stainless steel, and the flange interface size is customized according to tank or pipeline specifications. The temperature control method supports linkage between the built-in temperature sensing element and an external temperature control cabinet, cutting off the heating circuit in case of overtemperature.
Suitable for tank tracing, pipeline freeze protection, and reactor preheating in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, and other facilities, and can also be used for local preheating of metal components such as hulls and towers. During installation, it is necessary to confirm that the on-site hazardous area classification is consistent with the equipment's explosion-proof marking, and wiring and acceptance must be completed by qualified personnel.
Please confirm the specific power, interface, and explosion-proof rating according to on-site working conditions before ordering.
