1. Made of 0.3~0.5mm stainless steel plate as the shell, processed into various required shapes by a forming machine. According to customer requirements for wiring methods, voltage from 110V, 180V, 220V, 380V, maximum power load of 3.5W per square. Adding insulation device to the outer heat dissipation surface and sintering infrared rays on the inner heat dissipation surface can save 35% electricity. Available in ring and plate shapes and other specifications.

II. Ordering Instructions:
1) Customers should provide product drawings or samples. If no drawings or samples are available, the product specifications, model, voltage, power, etc. must be provided.
2) The maximum power load of stainless steel mica electric heater is between 1.5 and 3.5 watts per square centimeter.
III. Usage Instructions:
1) The working voltage should not exceed 10% of the rated value;
2) The wiring part should be placed outside the heating layer and insulation layer, and the shell should be effectively grounded;
3) Should be stored in a dry place.
