PTC auxiliary electric heater products are mainly used for central air conditioning duct machine terminal matching, as well as one-to-many, free drag, multi-drag air conditioning terminal matching. PTC ceramic heating element is composed of several single pieces connected in parallel and combined with corrugated aluminum strips by high-temperature bonding. This type of PTC heater has the advantages of low thermal resistance, high heat exchange efficiency, and low power attenuation during long-term use. Another prominent feature is its safety performance. When the fan fails to rotate, the PTC heater cannot get sufficient heat dissipation, and its power will automatically drop sharply. At this time, the surface temperature of the heater is maintained around the Curie temperature (generally around 250°C), thus avoiding the "red glow" phenomenon on the surface of electric heating tube heaters.
