The HGR-105 heat pipe heat exchanger is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB/T 151 and JB/T 4736, and is suitable for heating and insulation of nitrate tanks, water tanks, oil tanks, and acid-alkali tanks. Side insertion or top insertion installation can be selected according to the tank structure. Note during procurement: the heat pipe operating temperature is constrained by the critical temperature of the working fluid; selection should verify the tube wall temperature rather than matching only by flue gas temperature.
Compared with direct flame heating or immersed electric heating tube schemes, this model isolates the heat source from the tank liquid through heat pipes, reducing the impact of local overheating on tank liquid quality. Compared with shell-and-tube heat exchangers of the same diameter, the heat pipe heat exchanger has better isothermal performance, and the failure of a single heat pipe will not cause cross-mixing of hot and cold fluids. However, note: when the flue gas temperature is 180°C and the tube wall temperature approaches the critical temperature of the working fluid, conventional heat pipe heat exchangers cannot be directly used; the working fluid or tube material should be adjusted based on verification results.
The operating temperature of nitrate tanks is relatively high, so the temperature resistance grade of the shell material must be checked; explosion-proof wiring configuration is determined according to the area classification of the tank. The supply scope includes heat pipe elements, shell, and interface flanges, excluding system piping and insulation construction.
